Bouncy Bees Childcare

Learning
We provide a rich learning environment where the children will experience freedom and space to learn in their own time and to grow in confidence and independence in preparation not only for school, but for life.
Bouncybees Childcare follows the EYFS learning program covering all areas of development. Between the ages of one and two, we focus more on your child's personal, social, emotional, physical and language development. Afterwards, we start introducing more specific areas of learning such as Maths, Literacy, Understanding the World and Art and Design.
From the age of three children are introduced to letters and sounds, early Maths and are prepared for school life. They are also taught Spanish by the Childminder who is a native speaker.

Extra Curricular Activities
Spanish, Gardening and Yoga classes are part of Bouncy bees curriculum. Children thoroughly enjoy taking part in cooking sessions and eating what they have made.
The gardens are enjoyed by all the children throughout the year, the bicycle path makes riding toys more exciting. The vegetable garden is really popular with the children. Children are helped to dig, weed, plant and nurture herbs and vegetables. And then, harvest them and take to the kitchen for cooking.

Your Child's Progress
Children at Bouncy bees Childcare are cared for a dedicated team who tailor the curriculum to the needs of your child.
Process is closely monitored and recorded, you can follow easily and consistently your child's development and well being. A child's learning journey is issued on registration and is an essential link between home and the setting. This is provided by an app and parents will have direct access to it. It includes observations on activities your child has been engaged in and helps building a detailed developmental progress report.
